Job summary

WSP Rail Ireland seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary rail engineering projects across the island of Ireland, with future opportunities in Great Britain and overseas.

You will direct client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure safe, on-time delivery while upholding NEC3/NEC4 contract standards. The role involves landmark infrastructure programs and a dynamic, collaborative environment across Dublin, Belfast, Cork or Naas.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering multi-disciplinary projects in NEC3/NEC4
• Experience across full lifecycle from feasibility to delivery
• Degree and pathway to chartership
• Understanding of safety regulations and safe by design

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for project delivery
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes
• Work with Engineering and Design Managers to ensure technical delivery
• Maintain health, safety and welfare culture on projects
• Oversee contract administration to monitor schedule and commercial performance
• Lead design tenders and work-winning activities
• Provide guidance and mentorship to aspiring project managers
