Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a growing rail team in Ireland. Based in Dublin or Cork, you will direct multi-disciplinary engineering efforts across complex transport projects and act as a trusted technical lead for clients and partners.

You will mentor staff, ensure adherence to design standards and health and safety regulations, and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to deliver safe, reliable rail infrastructure that meets

Qualifications

Track record delivering multi-disciplinary projects as Engineering Manager or Design/Assistant Manager.
Experience managing complex rail infrastructure and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Proven mentoring and staff development experience.
Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
Knowledge of local design standards and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Responsibilities
