Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead rail engineering projects across the island of Ireland, with future opportunities in GB and overseas. The role involves directing multi-disciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring safe, on-time delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work with the Engineering Management and Project Management Service Line to mentor teams, administer contracts, and contribute to winning new design tenders while upholding high

Qualifications

• Track record of successfully managing and delivering multi-disciplinary projects in NEC3 or NEC4.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle.
• Experience in managing client relationships and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams to deliver projects for clients.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes.
• Ensure technical delivery of Rail projects in collaboration with Engineering/Design Managers.
