Job summary

WSP in Ireland seeks an Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on Rail projects, ensuring technical delivery and client satisfaction. The role is based in Ireland with offices in Naas, Dublin, Belfast or Cork.

You will mentor engineers, manage client relationships, support safety culture, and drive digitalisation and design coordination across the lifecycle. This role offers hybrid working and growth opportunities within a global firm.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering multi-disciplinary projects as an Engineering Manager
• Experience in railway engineering design (Track, Civil, Electrification & Power, Signalling & Telecommunication)
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations (CSM, CDM, Irish Construction Regs)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes.
• Set a strong safety culture on projects and instill health and welfare practices.
• Lead design coordination activities and promote digitalisation to aid delivery.
