Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Rail Engineering Services in Ireland to lead delivery across a diverse portfolio. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure technical success from concept through detailed design and handover.

The role focuses on delivering rail projects across the island of Ireland with potential future opportunities in Great Britain and overseas.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering multi-disciplinary rail projects.
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and chartership pathway.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 Conditions of Contract.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure technical delivery of Rail projects with design managers.
• Administer contracts to monitor schedule and commercial performance.
• Support work winning through leading design tenders.
• Mentor aspiring project managers.
