Job summary

WSP is seeking enthusiastic Project Managers to join the Rail Engineering Services team in Ireland to lead on management and delivery of a diverse portfolio of rail projects across the island of Ireland, with future opportunities in Great Britain and overseas. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure technical delivery while upholding health and safety standards.

The role bases in Ireland with flexible hybrid working and career development toward

Qualifications

Experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects using NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
Experience across the full project lifecycle from feasibility to delivery.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams with value-driven decisions.
Degree in a relevant discipline and pathway to chartership.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams for project delivery.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design Managers on technical delivery.
Set a strong health, safety and welfare culture on projects.
Lead development of high performing teams including subconsultants.
Administer contracts to monitor schedule and commercial performance.
Lead design tenders and work winning activities.
Provide guidance and mentoring to aspiring project managers.
