FRS Recruitment are recruiting for a Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Cork City, Ireland. The role offers a mix of office and project-based working with travel around Cork and County, ideal for developing your career in commercial management.

You should have 2+ years' QS experience, a degree in Quantity Surveying, and a desire to progress on larger projects including residential, commercial or pharmaceutical schemes.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with Irish or UK Main Contractors preferred.
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Strong junior or intermediate QS experience suitable for career progression.
• Experience on residential, commercial or pharmaceutical projects advantageous.
• Good understanding of subcontractor procurement, valuations and cost management.
• Strong communication, organisational and commercial awareness skills.

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Cork City.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career with one of Ireland's leading Main Contractors, working alongside an experienced commercial team on major construction projects throughout Cork

The company have a very strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects, covering a mixture of commercial, residential, pharmaceutical and large-scale construction developments.

The role would ideally suit a strong Junior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career, or an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor seeking further experience on larger-scale projects.

The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years' Quantity Surveying experience, preferably gained with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK.

The role will offer a mixture of office and project-based working, with some travel required throughout Cork City and County.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary ranging from €45,000-€70,000, depending on experience.
