Job summary

Global Professional Consultants seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a high‑value Cork project with a leading specialist contractor. You will manage commercial and cost aspects from start to completion, prepare budgets and reports, and oversee contractual elements while maintaining robust documentation.

You will monitor cash flow, support risk mitigation, and foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with construction law and contract forms.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control and procurement processes.
• Experience in preparing and analysing commercial reports.
• Good understanding of contract forms and construction law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
