Project Manager (Construction)

Project Manager required for a leading Main Contractor to look after several Residential and Warehouse projects in the Swords, Dublin.

Duties

• Oversee the successful completion of multiple construction projects, taking full responsibility.
• Establish and maintain systems to monitor, review, and control budgeted or agreed-upon expenditures.
• Implement the Company’s Cost & Value Management procedures, ensuring all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and promptly for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, identify potential risks or issues, and find suitable resolutions.
• Prepare and distribute monthly progress reports for Senior Management.

• Over 10 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Currently working in a multi-project contracts manager role.
