Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment has a Project Manager role for a major residential project based in Ballina, Co. Mayo, Ireland. You will oversee planning, execution and handover with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency on site.

The project is valued at €20m+ with 80 units in phase 1. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and report to senior management, with opportunities for career progression and exposure to innovative builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3years’ experience as a project manager in construction or engineering environments.
• Relevant project management or engineering qualification.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver large-scale projects.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of industry regulations, best practice, and accredited quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading the project team and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are achieved.

About Your New Role

You will manage every stage from planning through handover, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency onsite. Valued at €20m+ this is a large residential project consisting of 80 units in phase 1.
