Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major Dublin projects, including high-rise residential and pharmaceutical developments.

The role requires overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring programmes are met, budgets controlled, and safety and quality standards maintained.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects, ideally high-rise residential or pharma.
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial management skills.
• Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client requirements and contract commitments.
• Deliver projects on programme, within budget, and to high standards of quality and safety.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and all stakeholders to achieve milestones.
• Proactively manage risks, procurement, and commercial aspects to protect project outcomes.
