Job summary

Careeriser Limited is seeking a Project Manager for construction in the Greater Dublin area. The role involves leading residential and commercial projects with accountability from pre-start to handover.

Key duties include programme control, procurement coordination, BIM, QA and safety management, plus leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing construction projects from pre-start to handover.
  • Strong programme, design, procurement and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and quality management.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the planning and delivery of construction projects from pre-start through to completion and handover.
  • Manage all key aspects of project delivery including programme, design, procurement, construction operations, logistics, BIM, quality, environmental and M&E coordination.
  • Develop and monitor project programmes, identify risks and delays, and implement mitigation measures to ensure project targets are achieved.
  • Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, ensuring effective coordination and strong project performance.
  • Oversee Health & Safety compliance, including risk assessments, method statements, site procedures, audits and safety plans.
  • Drive the project quality strategy, including ITPs, inspections, QA meetings and subcontractor quality management.
  • Prepare regular reports covering programme, quality, H&S, progress and financial performance for project stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers while effectively managing project expectations.
  • Support the development and mentoring of project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
