Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a significant residential project in Central Dublin, lasting approximately 2 years. This role requires the successful candidate to manage site operations and report to a contracts manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong contractor background with at least 7 years of experience in the UK or Ireland, particularly in housing or apartment projects. A competitive package including €90k-€100k salary, company vehicle, and excellent benefits are offered.

Job description

Construction Project Manager

Project Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on a large residential project in Central Dublin. This project is a high rise apartment complex and will have a duration of about 2 years. The successful Project Manager will have full responsibility for running the site and will report to a contracts manager. This role is ideally for Project Managers who have experience in Ireland or the UK working on large scale building projects.

Requirements

• Degree Qualified or trade background.
• Minimum 7 years main contractor experience in UK or Ireland – at least some of these working on housing or apartments projects
• Strong IT Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Good references

• Circa €90k-€100k (DOE)
