Job summary

GEDON™ | Precision Search for Complex Construction is seeking an experienced Project Lead to take senior ownership of a major data centre project in the Dublin region. You will lead a team of Project Managers, Construction Managers and discipline leads, coordinating civil, structural and MEP interfaces to deliver on time and to the highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Lead, Senior Project Manager or Project Director within a Tier 1 or major main contractor.
• Experience delivering large, fast-track, technically complex projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical delivery experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong MEP coordination and commissioning knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Dublin region.

• Work with commercial teams on cost control, change management and risk.
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture across the project.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PROJECTS

You will lead the delivery of a large-scale data centre project or phase, typically involving substantial civil, structural and MEP scopes, complex commissioning and highly compressed programmes. These are high-value facilities where leadership, coordination and pace are critical to success.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead a team of Project Managers, Construction Managers and discipline leads, working alongside commercial, planning, engineering and commissioning teams. The culture is fast-paced, safety-led and collaborative, with empowered leaders and strong senior support.

The role offers genuine ownership of outcomes from preconstruction through to integrated systems testing and handover. It is an ideal platform for a strong Senior PM or existing Project Lead to take the next step towards Project Director on some of the most advanced facilities in the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote a strong safety and quality culture across the project

WHAT YOU NEED

• Proven experience as a Project Lead, Senior Project Manager or Project Director within a Tier 1 or major main contractor
• A track record of leading large, fast-track and technically complex projects
• Data centre or mission-critical experience is highly beneficial but not essential; pharma, life sciences or other high-tech delivery is also well regarded
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and commissioning on complex facilities
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Dublin region
