ICDS Group has been retained by a leading Tier 1 main contractor to appoint an exceptional Construction Director to support the next phase of strategic growth across Dublin and Leinster.

Project values regularly exceed €100 million and are delivered through a variety of procurement routes including traditional, design & build, and negotiated contracts.

The Opportunity

• Commercially astute with excellent contractual and financial awareness.
• Ambitious, strategic, and motivated to progress into executive leadership.
