Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Expert based in Ireland to educate developers, founders, and growth teams on a subscription monetization platform. You will lead discovery, deliver tailored demos, and guide prospects toward the right next steps.

Working with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment, you will refine playbooks, contribute to resources, and help scale the Product Expert function with a strong emphasis on customer success and education.

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge demonstrated by experience or projects.
• Curiosity about app-based businesses and monetization strategies.
• Clear, friendly communication and active listening.
• Ability to explain SDKs, APIs, and subscriptions with engineers involved as needed.
• Commercial awareness to identify opportunities without hard selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations to understand prospective customers’ needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting features and use cases.
• Translate capabilities into actionable guidance for monetization goals.
• Guide prospects through next steps and follow-up resources.
• Coordinate handoffs with sales engineering and account executives.
