Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Technical Solution Enablement Lead based in Ireland. You will develop and lead technical training programs empowering field teams and partners to deliver enterprise software implementations, bridging solution strategy, delivery and learning.

You will work with engineering, product, services, and instructional design to create learning paths, labs, playbooks, and certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or technical enablement within enterprise SaaS.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and security principles.
• Experience creating technical learning materials and enablement resources.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems and SI partners.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define technical competency requirements for various pre-sales and post-sales roles.
• Lead enablement programs for launches, deployments, and adoption.
• Translate capabilities into structured learning journeys and certifications.
• Design hands-on labs, bootcamps, workshops, and certifications.
• Build centralized library of reference architectures and FAQs.
• Develop onboarding programs for systems integrators and partners.
• Gather feedback and communicate challenges to engineering and product teams.
• Coordinate with learning platforms to align training with journeys.
• Participate in solution design engagements to keep field knowledge current.
• Measure enablement effectiveness via metrics like time to productivity.
• Continuously improve content and delivery to match product and business needs.
