Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Designer – Growth/Website, based in Ireland, with a remote-friendly setup. You will own the design and optimization of website pages and landing pages, driving conversions through experimental design and rapid iteration.

You will collaborate with growth, marketing, product, and analytics to translate business goals into compelling, measurable experiences. You will elevate design quality, contribute to design systems, and help foster a culture of rapid

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product design with ownership of website/landing page projects.
• Proven CRO, A/B testing, hypothesis development and testing.
• Excellent UI/visual design with measurable conversion outcomes.
• Growth mindset with data-informed decision making.
• Strong storytelling, visual hierarchy and user behavior understanding.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics.
• Experience launching web experiments and conducting QA.
• Strong communication to cross-functional teams.
• Experience building or evolving design systems for marketing websites.
• Independent, proactive and collaborative in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and optimization of website pages and landing pages to identify conversion opportunities and drive launches.
• Define problem statements, establish success metrics, develop hypotheses, and create prototypes for rapid experiments.
• Plan, run, analyze, and iterate on A/B tests based on data and user insights.
• Deliver high-quality visual designs and intuitive interfaces while upholding brand and design system standards.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, product, engineering, and analytics to translate business goals into customer solutions.
• Develop visual and written storytelling for product launches, features, and promotions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and evaluate experiments.
• Design high-performing landing pages supporting new product launches with product marketing.
• Maintain high design craftsmanship; provide feedback and mentor peers.
• Oversee design QA for web experiments and launches to ensure alignment with objectives.
