Job summary

Nooks is seeking the first Solutions Engineer in EMEA to partner with the founding GTM team in Dublin and across the region. You’ll own technical discovery, demos, and trial strategy while shaping repeatable processes that win complex deals.

You’ll adapt playbooks to regional buying, build scalable tools, and connect product feedback with regional customer needs to accelerate growth in a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in quota-carrying or technical sales roles (AE/SE) with pre-sale ownership.
• Experience supporting EMEA customers and regional buying processes.
• Builder mindset: create, test, and improve processes in live deals.
• Sales-first instinct: treat trials like pipeline and drive urgency around priorities.
• Ability to engage CROs/CTOs/VPs of Sales and lead discovery independently.
• Technical curiosity to understand system integrations and data needs.
• Strong discovery: challenge requirements and form a point of view.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technical win across EMEA from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with AEs and regional leaders on strategy and engagement.
• Create an EMEA-specific SE motion and adapt discovery/demos accordingly.
• Translate business pain into a solution narrative tied to value.
• Lead prospect trials and maintain evaluation plans and health.
• Coordinate with internal teams on integrations, security, and procurement.
• Build regional assets and automation to cover more opportunities.
• Provide feedback to Product and global SE on regional needs.
• Contribute to onboarding and growth of future SEs in EMEA.
