Qualifications

• At least five years of product or growth ownership end-to-end.
• Hands-on mobile user acquisition expertise.
• Strong knowledge of mobile advertising ecosystem (MMPs, attribution, Apple Ads, Meta, Google).
• Performance marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS.
• Privacy and measurement: ATT, SKAdNetwork, AdAttributionKit.
• Zero-to-one product leadership: navigate ambiguity and validate concepts.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs, SDKs, data pipelines.
• Analytical and evidence-based decision-making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ownership and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the user acquisition strategy and roadmap.
• Lead zero-to-one product development from discovery to launch.
• Engage with mobile app developers to understand needs and workflows.
• Evaluate market opportunities in mobile advertising and attribution.
• Translate insights into product hypotheses and bets and prioritize.
• Drive experimentation and validation with prototypes, partnerships, and technical discovery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to define requirements (APIs, SDKs, integrations).
• Connect acquisition with monetization to improve LTV and ROAS.
• Build alignment with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Establish a long-term roadmap for a differentiated user acquisition offering.
