Job summary

Merck Life Science in Ireland is seeking a Process Solutions Account Manager who will be the primary contact for generating sales of process GMP products and services. You will focus on biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing customers, drive business, and coordinate support functions.

You will leverage knowledge of the Process Solutions line to provide tailored advice, negotiate pricing and contracts, build a broad network, define strategic plans, and deliver quarterly forecasts

Qualifications

• University degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience or strong background in pharma/R&D, Process Development or manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of directly related experience.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for generating sales of Process GMP products and services.
• Focus on biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing customers in Ireland and drive business growth.
• Coordinate customer support functions, negotiate pricing and manage contracts and agreements.
• Develop and maintain a broad customer network, define strategic plans, and deliver quarterly forecasts.
