Sartorius in Ireland is seeking a Field Account Manager to drive commercial success across Biopharma accounts in Ireland. You will manage relationships, identify opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value, with travel within Ireland and occasional international trips.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Life sciences or Engineering preferred; higher qualifications beneficial.
• Strong understanding of biotechnology and biotech/pharma industry.
• Proven sales experience in biotech/pharma with a customer‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs to promote the Sartorius portfolio to achieve sales targets through in-person and remote interactions.
• Identify key decision makers, develop prospects, and maintain leads in CRM (Salesforce).
• Manage accounts across multiple functions, upsell and increase revenue.
• Serve as first point of contact for technical and commercial issues.
• Identify new business opportunities within the Biopharma market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value offerings through the sales process.
• Implement account strategies with cross functional teams to gain market share.
• Conduct presentations, demos, negotiations, quotations, and inquiries responses.
• Drive launch of new products and services and drive successful implementation.
