Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Field Account Manager to drive sales across Biopharma accounts in Ireland. Based from home, you will manage relationships in Dublin, Cork and Limerick regions with regular travel.

You will promote Sartorius’ portfolio, identify decision makers, and collaborate with internal teams to close opportunities and expand revenue. Prior experience in biotech sales is an advantage.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Life sciences or Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Good understanding of biotechnology industry and technologies.
• Industry experience within R&D/manufacturing or process development with biologicals.
• Sales experience in biotech/pharma beneficial.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs to promote Sartorius portfolio and services to achieve sales targets via in-person and remote interactions.
• Identify key decision makers, develop prospects, and manage leads in CRM.
• Manage accounts and relationships across functions to upsell and grow revenue.
• Serve as first contact for technical and commercial issues.
• Identify new business opportunities within Biopharma accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support value offerings through the sales process.
• Present and drive new products and services to customers and follow up on implementation.
• Aim for continuous improvement in collaboration and ways of working with customers.
