Job summary

Sartorius in Ireland is seeking a Field Account Manager to drive commercial success across a portfolio of Biopharma accounts. Based from home in Ireland, you will manage customer relationships across your territory with Dublin, Cork and Limerick regions and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

You will use strategic account management, business development, and CRM (Salesforce) to promote the full Sartorius portfolio, upsell solutions, and respond to customer inquiries while traveling

Qualifications

• Sales experience within biotech/pharma is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-management capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs to promote the full Sartorius portfolio to achieve sales targets via in-person and remote interactions.
• Identify key decision makers, develop prospects, and build relationships.
• Manage accounts across functions and hierarchy to upsell and increase revenue.
• Act as first point of contact for technical and commercial issues.
• Identify new business opportunities within Biopharma market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement account strategies and support value offerings.
• Conduct presentations, demos, negotiations, generate quotations, and respond to inquiries.
