Job summary

Qualifications

• Multi-tasking under tight reporting deadlines and strong organisation skills.
• Ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality servicing.
• Willingness to develop end-to-end servicing of a fund and client relationships.
• Data governance mindset and ability to leverage AI tools and Alteryx with controls.
• Ability to understand complex legal documentation and execute processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with private equity fund administration or related industry is preferred.
• A finance or accounting degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, audit, and reporting for a portfolio of private equity and debt funds.
• Handle LP/investor capital calls, distributions, investor reports and capital statements.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through understanding contractual and service agreements.
• Ensure control framework execution through checklists and collaboration with Internal Audit.
• Contribute to design and implementation of solutions to reduce manual processes and risk.
• Escalate successes and issues to Senior Management in a timely manner.
