Job summary

JPMorganChase in Ireland is seeking an ETF Operations professional to manage end-to-end ETF processing, from order placement to settlement, within a dynamic team. You will collaborate with custody, fund accounting, and administration functions to deliver high-quality service and scalable processes.

You will gain exposure to innovative fund structures and new product enhancements while supporting client inquiries, improving efficiency, and reducing risk across the ETF lifecycle.

Qualifications

• ETF servicing experience in operations, client service, fund accounting, or custody.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate breaks and find root causes.
• Able to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and ability to influence across global teams.
• Experience interacting with clients and managing expectations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ETF lifecycle processing from order placement through settlement.
• Monitor cash receipts related to ETF orders and investigate exceptions.
• Manage collateral activity related to ETF orders.
• Analyze Portfolio Composition File activity and related issues.
• Research and resolve client inquiries regarding trade and settlement activity within timelines.
• Build relationships with ETF clients, authorized participants, and external vendors.
• Partner with internal teams across client service, custody, fund accounting, and ETF organization.
• Drive efficiencies through process improvement, documentation, and controls.
• Support new business initiatives and onboarding of authorized participants with product and technology.
