J.P. Morgan in Dublin is seeking an experienced Fund Services Client Operations – Associate to support the Fund Accounting Operations Service Delivery team. You will drive client issue resolution, ensure accurate processing of client instructions, and provide timely status updates.

The role emphasizes proactive communication with internal partners, escalation handling, and quality assurance to mitigate risk while maintaining a high standard of service for mutual funds.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund accounting operations and day-to-day NAV processing.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering client service.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client service by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Support offshore Fund Accounting teams to deliver quality deliverables through proactive client engagement.
• Ensure daily client instructions are captured in NAV and escalations communicated to clients in a timely manner.
• Act as a communication source for escalation of issues, service updates, and progress to the client.
• Maintain open relationships with internal partners including Client Services, Custody and Transfer Agency.
• Pre-empt and manage service issues, ensuring timely client communication and resolution.
• Perform and oversee periodic Quality Assurance controls to mitigate risk.
