Job summary

You will manage client deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive accurate reporting and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Experience in the alternatives business and best-in-class client service.
• Ability to meet client service levels and suggest improvements.
• Experience in private equity portfolio administration or similar environment.
• Knowledge of MSCI Burgiss platform is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx; able to leverage AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee EMEA client deliverables and reporting per SLAs.
• Understand client relationships and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Build relationships with PFS global operations and cross-functional teams.
• Own timely resolution of client and investor queries.
• Apply internal controls, checklists and procedures; escalate issues.
• Support clients with special projects and requests.
• Coordinate and implement internal projects; collaborate on onboarding.
