Job summary

J.P. Morgan Private Fund Services - Portfolio Administration (PFS-PA) is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee EMEA client deliverables and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while coordinating with global teams including Product, Sales, Risk, Legal and Compliance.

You will manage client and investor queries, apply internal controls, and support onboarding and internal projects to drive efficiency and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the alternatives business and delivering best-in-class service to clients.
• Ability to meet client service levels and identify improvements in controls.
• Experience in private equity portfolio administration or related operating environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee EMEA client deliverables and reporting per SL documentation.
• Ensure deliverables are timely and accurate and manage client expectations.
• Build relationships with PFS senior operations management and cross-functional teams.
• Own timely resolution of client and investor queries.
• Maintain internal controls, checklists and procedures; escalate issues to management.
• Support clients with special projects and requests and coordinate internal projects.
• Collaborate with onboarding team for new business.
