JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Dublin is seeking a diligent Associate for its Private Fund Services team.

You will own end-to-end fund administration including client services, financial reporting, investor relations, and capital event servicing for private equity and institutional clients. This role emphasizes data-driven processes, strict control frameworks, and proactive relationship management with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A proactive attitude with the ability to multi-task and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Ownership and accountability in end-to-end fund servicing.
• Willingness to own full end-to-end servicing of a fund/client relationship.
• Data literate with understanding of the data chain in private markets; Alteryx knowledge is a plus.
• Global operating model mindset to develop self and the team; drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, audit, and reporting for a portfolio of closed-ended and semi-closed-ended funds.
• Handle LP/investor capital calls, distributions, and investor financial reports.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure delivery against contracts and SLAs.
• Defend against scope creep and enforce Change Control processes.
• Execute control frameworks and collaborate with Internal Audit and Business Control functions.
• Design and implement solutions to automate manual processes and reduce risk.
• Escalate successes and issues to Senior Management in a timely manner.
