Job summary

n8n is seeking a data-driven pricing leader to own and evolve our pricing and packaging strategy in a global SaaS environment. You will own the model connecting unit economics, costs, willingness-to-pay and margins across community, self-serve, and Enterprise segments.

You’ll lead cross-functional pricing decisions, run experiments, and build scalable pricing frameworks and tooling to support fast growth of ARR and adoption in 100+ countries.

Qualifications

• Professional pricing leadership in B2B SaaS with multi-cycle pricing experience.
• Hands-on with consumption-based or AI-native pricing models.
• Proven ability to design and roll out pricing for both self-serve and Enterprise motions.
• Strong financial modelling skills and understanding of unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Build and own pricing models linking unit economics, costs, willingness-to-pay, and margins.
• Maintain market intelligence to keep pricing competitive in a fast-changing category.
• Lead pricing experiments and convert results into reusable learnings.
• Design packaging architectures for community, self-serve, and Enterprise plans.
