Job summary

Bentley Systems in Dublin seeks a Strategic Pricing & Monetization professional to translate product strategy into pricing, packaging, monetization, and go-to-market plans. You will partner with Product Management, Commercial Strategy, Account Advancement, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support products throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive pricing/packaging/monetization experience.
• Experience in B2B software/SaaS or infrastructure engineering software preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models including subscription, perpetual, enterprise, usage-based, and hybrid.
• Proven ability to translate product capabilities into quantified business value and pricing recommendations.
• Ability to build business cases, financial analyses, and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies across Bentley's product portfolio.
• Support commercialization initiatives including launches, repackaging, and retirements to ensure go-to-market readiness.
• Translate market opportunities into business value and pricing recommendations for senior leadership.
• Act as liaison among Product Management, Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Revenue Accounting.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption, retention, cross-sell, and upsell through pricing programs and bundling.
• Conduct market research, account interviews, and competitive assessments to validate pricing strategies.
