Qualifications

• Previous supervisory shop floor experience in the retail sector.
• Experience in luxury retail is desirable but not mandatory if the candidate has the right skill set.

Responsibilities

• Complete shop floor observations and provide feedback to the team.
• Utilise customer experience and coaching across the team.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Facilitate team training sessions.
• Take accountability for managing and resolving escalated complaints.
• Monitor and lead on internal control processes.
• Lead on ad hoc audits.
