You will lead on shop floor observations, coaching, delivering exceptional service, and managing escalated issues while maintaining internal controls and audits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory shop floor experience in retail, preferably luxury.
• Strong focus on customer service and boutique performance.
• Willingness to coach and mentor sales staff.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Attain boutique sales targets through premium customer experience.
• Lead shop floor observations and provide feedback.
• Deliver high standard of customer service and resolve escalated complaints.
• Lead training sessions and internal audits.
