Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering exceptional customer service in luxury retail.
• Experience in people management, recruitment, onboarding and coaching.
• Ability to use storytelling to engage customers and create immersive experiences.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the boutique team, assigning daily tasks and maintaining high service standards.
• Involve in recruitment, onboarding, coaching and performance conversations.
• Monitor performance on the shop floor, giving feedback to drive engagement.
• Engage customers through storytelling and theatre to create unique experiences.
• Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Support commercial performance and contribute to sales targets.
• Manage day-to-day boutique operations ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Assist stock management and merchandising with appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with wider teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Act as Nespresso brand ambassador and uphold sustainability commitments.
