Job summary

Kepak are recruiting approx 65 Skilled Meat Deboners at multiple sites in Ireland, including Cavan, Watergrasshill, Athleague, Longford, Kilbeggan, and Clonee.

Salary is €36,605 per annum with permanent full-time contracts. You will join the boning team in a cold/chilled factory environment, producing cuts and trims to Kepak specifications while working to daily and weekly production targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of beef/lamb/pork deboning experience.
• Willing to work across all factory areas.
• Ability to meet production targets and standards.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the boning team to produce cuts and trims to Kepak specifications.
• Meet production targets at line speed in a cold/chilled factory environment.
• Work across all areas of the meat processing plant.
• Lift and stand for long periods as part of daily duties.
• Work with initiative and as part of a team.
