Job summary

ABP Food Group is hiring for a Skilled Meat Deboner in Navan, Co. Meath. The role requires deboning entire carcasses, preparing meat to industry specs, and maintaining line speed while ensuring product quality. Training in English language skills will be provided, with EAP programme available.

The successful candidate will work on a production line within the processing team, handling knives and meat-cutting equipment, and supporting targets through teamwork and initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience in deboning and breaking carcasses at high line speeds.
• Excellent knife skills and in-depth knowledge of the butchery trade.
• Ability to move carcasses around meat areas without damage, meeting specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate on own initiative or as part of a production team to meet targets.
• Debone carcasses and portion meat to required specifications.
• Use knives, saws and other equipment to cut and prepare meat.
