Job summary

Collins McNicholas Group is hiring multiple Customer Service Agents to support the Polish market from Longford. The role is part of a growing Customer Operations team with hybrid working and comprehensive training.

You will act as the primary contact for merchants, handling PCI compliance inquiries, SAQs, and platform usage guidance, while also assisting with ASV scans and onboarding of cybersecurity tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Fluent and professional in Polish.
• Experience in customer-facing support, service, or operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for merchants seeking PCI compliance and platform usage support.
• Respond to inbound merchant queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Guide merchants through PCI compliance workflows, including SAQs, validation steps and status updates.
• Explain compliance requirements, timelines, and platform notifications clearly.
• Assist merchants with basic ASV scan processes, including initiating scans and checking status.
• Support onboarding and basic usage of cybersecurity tools available through the platform.
• Accurately document interactions in the ticketing system and escalate issues as needed.
• Work closely with technical teams following escalation and handoff processes.
• Participate in QA reviews, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
