Korn Ferry is seeking a PMO Analyst for a 6‑month hybrid role in Ireland. You will support governance, reporting and project controls across a busy project environment, working closely with senior project leadership.

You will manage RAID logs, tracking actions and milestones, and help maintain documentation and project governance materials while coordinating meetings and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in PMO, project administration or similar roles.
• Experience with RAID logs, action trackers and project documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive approach and willingness to get involved.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day PMO and project administration support to senior leadership.
• Maintain RAID logs and track actions, decisions, milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and governance materials.
• Support regular project reporting and status updates.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas and action tracking.
• Maintain project plans, trackers and related documentation.
• Ensure information is accurate and accessible to the team.
