RINA is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join its PMO in Ireland. The role supports a critical Infrastructure Programme, ensuring compliant document storage, procedures and audits.

Based in Cork with hybrid working, the 1-year fixed-term contract requires 2–8 years' experience and familiarity with SharePoint or similar DMS. Applicants should be Irish citizens or have the right to work in Ireland; relocation costs are not covered.

Qualifikationen

• Between 2-8 years' Document Control experience.
• Interest in Energy and/or Engineering is desirable.
• Experience using document management systems (SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox or DocuWare).
• Strong attention to accuracy and data integrity.

Aufgaben

• Organise, store, retrieve and share documentation using the document management system.
• Implement and control document procedures, ensuring compliance with the wider programme of work.
• Ensure document control processes are adhered to across the wider programme team.
• Prepare for and support document audits.
• Track status of project documents.
• Identify and resolve document control issues.
