Job summary

Enexa Partners is seeking a Schedule & PMO Lead to oversee scheduling, governance and reporting for large water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects in Ireland. The role is hybrid with 2 days in Dublin and 3 days remote, offering long-term contractor or permanent engagement.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in project controls, scheduling and PMO leadership on major capital programmes (>€1bn), with strong experience in NEC3/NEC4 contracts, Primavera P6, and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project controls, scheduling or PMO leadership.
• Experience on major capital projects (>€1bn).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and complex schedule integration.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contract framework.
• Ability to establish PMO operating models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Review, challenge and assure complex schedules, programme logic, critical path and dependencies.
• Lead schedule oversight, assurance activities and governance across delivery partners.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and performance dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction and commercial teams to align schedules with project milestones.
