Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking an Associate Grade PMO Administrator to join the Tech Central Project Management team. You will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure timely delivery of projects, assisting project managers with governance, reporting, scheduling and communications.

You'll help maintain project documentation, trackers and dashboards, support audits and ISO certifications, and foster effective collaboration with stakeholders and leadership while contributing to

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO or project support role, preferably in technology.
• Knowledge of PMO methodologies, standards and controls.
• Familiarity with internal/external audits and ISO certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO with project documentation, plans and trackers.
• Assist with governance, reporting and dashboards for status, risks and issues.
• Coordinate PMO & PM Team meetings, including scheduling and minutes.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain and update project management tools and systems.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement within the PMO.
