Job summary

You will build delivery capabilities, mentor project managers, and drive standardized practices while aligning with corporate priorities and a hybrid work model in Dublin or Letterkenny.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMOs, delivery functions, or strategic transformation initiatives.
• Proven leadership experience including performance management, coaching and talent development.
• Experience leading portfolios of data, analytics, BI, AI, ML, or technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers for Data & Analytics initiatives.
• Establish priorities, objectives, and operating goals for the project management function.
• Own end-to-end project delivery processes, governance, standards, and methodologies.
