Job summary

SYSTRA is expanding its rail project team in Ireland. The role can be based in Dublin or Cork, embracing a hybrid working model to support a growing portfolio with national clients such as NTA, TII and IÉ.

You will lead diverse projects from conception to delivery, coordinating with clients and partners to ensure scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality are met. Strong PM capability and PMO experience are valued for this position.

Qualifications

Hold a Level 8 degree in engineering or project management.
Demonstrable experience managing projects for a range of clients.
Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, numerical, and report writing skills.
Formal PM accreditation/training would be beneficial.
Experience working within a PMO structure would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse range of projects from conception through to completion through NTA, TII and IÉ Project Management Procedures.
Collaborate with clients, partners and wider project team members to support the delivery of projects in line with scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality requirements.
Develop and deliver detailed financial and resource planning for Projects.
Align project delivery with internal and external governance processes.
