Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Integrated Operations (IO) team in Naas, Ireland. This hybrid role combines office collaboration with site travel to Kerry locations as projects demand.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, partner with IO leaders, manage stakeholders, and ensure governance and risk control across regions, while mentoring PMO colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline; PM qualification beneficial.
• Proven track record delivering complex programmes in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with waterfall, agile or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IO leaders to develop transformation programs and drive execution.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex programmes across regions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and governance with senior leaders.
• Identify interdependencies and manage risks and changes.
• Coach and mentor PMO team members where applicable.
• Ensure the Programme Management methodology is applied properly.
