Job summary

Kerry Group is seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Integrated Operations (IO) team in Naas. The role drives end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes, potentially cross-regional, with a hybrid arrangement demanding 3 days onsite and travel across Kerry sites.

The IO PMO frames programmes and ensures governance and delivery to accelerate strategy realization. The candidate will partner with IO leaders, manage programmes through lifecycle, influence change, and coach PMO

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline.
PM qualification / membership advantageous.
Willingness to travel ~20% of time.
Experience managing programmes in a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with IO functional leads to enable high-visibility transformation programs and drive execution.
Programme management: oversee complex programmes through lifecycle from concept to post-implementation.
Change & Stakeholder Management: work with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of change.
Integration management: identify interdependencies across programmes and manage risks.
People Management: coach and mentor PMO team members in skills and leadership.
Methodology & Governance: deploy Kerry's PM methodology with stage gates to minimise risk.
