Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Carlow, Ireland, is seeking a Scheduling Co-Ordinator to ensure efficient scheduling of service visits, high-quality customer support, and seamless collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.

You will coordinate lab equipment maintenance, act as the primary customer contact for scheduling queries, and manage documentation and service reports. This is an independent contractor role (LTD) with a 12-month initial term, based in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Must have a third-level qualification; science background is a plus.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools (SAP, Smart Sheet preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service visits for laboratory equipment and maintenance.
• Be the Onsite contact for vendor hosting and permits; support service engineers.
• Serve as customer POC for scheduling queries and updates.
• Attend operational calls and manage high volumes of emails.
• Manage customer assets and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure timely maintenance and minimal downtime.
