Job summary

JLL Ireland is seeking a Soft Services Lead for a major pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Ireland. You will manage a cleaning and catering team, ensure pharma-grade service delivery, and maintain strong client relationships at the South County Dublin facility.

Qualifications

Experience leading soft services in regulated environments.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in pharma/manufacturing.
Ability to design and monitor KPIs for multiple service streams.
Proven budget management and cost-control capabilities.
Data-driven with strong reporting and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead soft services across the site, including cleaning and catering.
Ensure service delivery meets contract specs and pharmaceutical standards.
Ensure compliance with Irish regulations and internal policies.
Lead housekeeping processes and implement innovative cleaning for controlled environments.
Collaborate with client teams to support production requirements and regulatory compliance.
Manage budgets and optimize operations while maintaining quality.
