Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Ireland is seeking a Soft Services Lead for a major pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Ireland. The role is the single point of contact for soft services, overseeing cleaning and catering teams and ensuring pharmaceutical-grade service delivery.

Reporting to the Site Lead, you will drive KPI design, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and partner with client teams to support production requirements in a highly regulated environment. Fluent English is required.

• Fluent in English.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing cleanliness/contamination control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve soft services across the site, including KPI design and monitoring.
• Deliver high-quality service meeting contract specs and pharma regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Ireland regulations, JLL policies, and pharma standards.
• Lead housekeeping processes and implement cleaning methods for controlled environments.
• Collaborate with client teams to support production and compliance.
• Manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency while maintaining quality.
