You will manage third-party providers, review scopes and pricing, raise POs and GRs, and ensure audit-ready documentation and continuous service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing soft services (catering and cleaning) in GMP or regulated environments.
• Proven track record of managing multi-vendor delivery models with outcome-based performance.
• Experience with permitting to work and budget variance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day catering and janitorial service delivery across GMP and non-GMP zones.
• Manage third-party providers, conduct regular quality audits and customer feedback reviews.
• Review scope of work, pricing, and ensure value against contracted deliverables.
• Raise POs and GRs and reconcile invoices; monitor budget variance and reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with GMP, HACCP, safety regulations.
